We will create the wedding of your dreams while allowing you to enjoy each and every moment of this most special time in your life. Enjoy a worry-free day as we attend to all of the day's details. We will provide you with a comprehensive timeline of the day's activities, supervise your vendors and see that they are paid in a timely fashion and safeguard your gifts as we ensure that they are transferred to whomever you have designated at their responsible party.
We will be there and do everything to be sure that you are calm and relaxed as you make your journey down the aisle to your prince and celebrate at a picture perfect reception.
We will be present to assist you and your officiant with the rehearsal. On your wedding day we will be at the ceremony location and reception to attend to each and every detail of the day.
Allow us to create customized specialty gifts for your guests and members of the wedding party. Guest from out of town will appreciate area tour books, local maps and shopping information. Favors with your names and wedding date such as personalized cameras, bottles of water and candies, are always fun for the wedding party gift bags.
If you have friends and family coming in from out of town, you will want to plan for activities and plans to involve and include everyone. You can count on us to be their tour and travel guide. No worries for you.  Don’t forget the engagement party, “Meet ‘n Greet” the parents and rehearsal dinners. We have access to the area’s best caterers and other vendors to ensure that a good time will be had by everyone at your celebrations.
Under your direction we will seat people accordingly and provide you with a master list. Additionally, our stationery vendors offer a variety of place cards, table cards and escort cards.
Our event designers will transform your ceremony and reception site into the magical wonderland that you have always dreamed of. The brilliance of illumination and staging will create memories that will last a lifetime. |
